Sidense technology has been designed into a wide range of applications that require a secure, reliable, cost-effective and dense embedded NVM technology. Such applications include: digital consumer, mobile and wireless, analog trim and calibration, boot code and firmware, medical, automotive, chip ID, programmable timing solutions and configurable processors.
Many integrated circuits contain analog and mixed-signal elements which must be tuned due to variations in the device manufacturing process. Sidense NVM is applied in those cases for configuration data and analog trimming.
