Sidense provides secure, very dense and reliable non-volatile, one-time programmable (OTP) memory IP for use in standard-logic CMOS processes with no additional masks or process steps required and no impact on product yield. The Company’s innovative one-transistor 1T-Fuse™ architecture provides the industry’s smallest footprint, most reliable and lowest power Logic Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) IP solution. With over 70 patents granted or pending, Sidense OTP provides a field-programmable alternative solution to Flash, mask ROM and eFuse in many OTP and MTP applications.
 
Sidense OTP memory, embedded in over 100 customer designs, is available from 180nm down to 40nm and is scalable to 28nm and below. The IP is offered at and has been adopted by all top-tier semiconductor foundries and selected IDMs. Customers are using Sidense OTP for analog trimming, code storage, encryption keys such as HDCP, WHDI, RFID and Chip ID, medical, automotive, and configurable processors and logic
.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with account managers to identify opportunities and help develop winning sales strategies.
  • Work with customers to understand their design requirements and create solutions.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for the company's products including presentations, demonstrations, proposals, training, and trade shows.
  • Communicate customer requirements and feedback from sales engagements to engineering and marketing teams.
  • Solve customer issues directly and/or consult with engineering as necessary.
  • Create technical documentation such as applications notes, product datasheets, product briefs, and white papers.
  • Perform competitive analyses and conduct product benchmarks.
  • Work with engineering and sales to define new products.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% is required.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 15 + years of field applications engineering experience in semiconductors, SOC design, memory, semiconductor IP, or EDA.
  • BS Electrical Engineering (MS Preferred)
  • Familiarity with front-end and back-end design flows.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to listen and the ability to ask probing questions.
  • Motivated, capable of working as an individual contributor and as a team player.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
Desired Experience
  • Experience in a start-up or small company environment.
  • 5 + years of SOC design experience.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor memories, memory IP, non-volatile memories.
  • Experience in sales or customer support situations
