Michelle Van Tol, CFO

Michelle Van Tol, is a senior executive with extensive accomplishments in strategy, financial management, acquisitions, financing and Board/Shareholder relations. She has over 20 years of executive experience and played lead roles in the strategic growth of multiple technology companies. She has orchestrated several rounds of venture capital financing, delivered value to shareholders with the sale of a privately held company, and participated in the successful IPO of another firm. Most recently, Michelle was CFO at Symagery Microsystems, and prior to that, she was the CFO at Kinaxis (formerly Webplan) which, under her watch, obtained $50 million in financing through a private placement.
