As a tumultuous 2011 draws to a close, we at Sidense have a chance to reflect on what we have accomplished during the past year.
Despite the challenges put before all of us due to the still shaky global economic picture, because of our excellent people and proven technology, we have continued to increase our bookings and rapidly expand our global business. This, of course, is largely due to our customers, partners and investors and the confidence you have shown in Sidense and our products.

Every SoC company makes choices regarding semiconductor IP and those choices become more complicated and more risky every day. The make vs. buy decision for commercial IP is much easier these days due to the previous "right sizing" of design resource and endemic time-to-market pressure. However, as many SoC companies learned, licensing and using 3rd-party IP comes with its own set of challenges.
